How locations are used

Each round draws a single location from the chosen pack. Everyone but the spy is shown the card; the spy is shown the whole pack instead, so they know the possibilities but not the answer. That is what makes a careless answer expensive — narrow the list from thirty to three and the spy can simply name it.
